MNC Hospitality Major

A very successfully MNC major in the Employee Benefits space. The clients name is now the generic word for that category in India

Client wanted to invest in developing their second line of leadership. The second line of leadership consisted of individuals who has mostly grown through the ranks based on their performance however subsequent leadership roles required them to display and inculcate leadership skills across multiple business verticals and geographies.

WhiteLight designed a customized Developing the Direct Report coaching intervention, which was implemented over a 8 month period. The coaching program consisted of 1 on 1 coaching sessions, group training , psychometric tools to have the participants understand themselves better and it ended with a session on how the participants can carry this coaching process after completion of this intervention.

The client was able to build  a robust talent pipeline. This program is now a multi-year engagement.

It has been transformational for us as an organization. While we were also positive that coaching will meet our objectives but it has exceeded our objectives as the participants have inculcated the coaching habits for themselves and their team members.

Leading Finance Company

One of India’s leading non-banking finance companies. Through a vast network of branches, they provide personalized finance for the widest range of utility vehicles, tractors and cars, focusing on the rural and semi-urban sector.

Client had a set of organizational values that the client wanted to communicate to his employees. The present employee state was that their was awareness about the values but employees were not clear how these values relate to these behaviors.

We spent time with the client team and understood what the values meant, understood their business environment. We took this knowledge and created a customized theater play based on the company employee in their workplace context and in a language that they use in the workplace.

The organizational values came alive for the employees and they learn how to live these values in their daily work life context.
The employees understood how they an individual in a 6000+ employees organization can make a difference by demonstrating organizational values.

This intervention helped us communicate the “Why” of the organizational values very effectively to our large set of employees. Infect, we subsequently video shoot the play and have made it part of our new employee on boarding process. In 30 minutes, the play communicates what we wanted to communicate to our employees for a long time.

Leading Life Insurance Company

A emerging  player in the Insurance sector with a strong  heritage backing of the founding organizations

Client wanted to have an employee induction program designed which positioned the company to all new joinees as “Vibrant, Positive, Creative and Purposeful”.

WhiteLight designed a 360 degree induction module, which involved Corporate Video, Presentations (to ensure consistency in how different departments in the company communicated to new joinees), a board game (for new joinees to experience the organizational values experientially), Facilitation Guide ( to ensure that on boarding happens in the way it was meant to be ) and a customized play ( to demonstrate organizational values and desired employee behavior)
